This hotel is amazing!!! Doesn’t get the credit it deserves! Rooms are clean , air is cold /comfortable, spacious, (we had a living room area and bedroom with 2 bathrooms) I literally didn’t want to leave ! The pool was so much fun ! Pool toys /floats are provided . Parking and breakfast is Free ! And the location is near everything !!! LOVE LOVE LOVED IT

I was quite impressed with this property. Very good rates. Beautiful room, super clean. Hard surface floor, safe located in closet, dishes in cabinets, plenty of towels, good water pressure. Tastefully decorated. Everything in working order, and seemed quite new. Wonderful pool. Very pleasant staff. Would recommend without hesitation!

Overall we truly enjoy our stay here at Park royal. Rooms were clean. Pool was heated ,and the pool area has a cool little playground and chess game to play. In the middle of the night our AC stopped working,but a maintenance guy came within a few minutes. He helped us get another room promptly. Even though the breakfast was not included in reservation, I would say it is worth the 10 dollars. It has a variety of foods and tasted great. If you want to have a nice nice family getaway with out breaking the bank ,this is your place. :).

We are a couple from the UK and we've been coming to this hotel since 2018 and it has just got better each visit. I think it has recently been taken over and they have renovated and modernized the rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall site is of a really high standard. The staff are really nice and friendly. The location of the hotel is great with most things less than 30 minutes away. Id recommend renting a car to get the most out of your visit however there are local transport links. The pool and lounging areas are nice and quiet which gets the sun all day! Great hotel, a hidden gem! Really looking forward to our next visit!

Great value and great service. We were very jetlagged when we arrived and although they were having a few problems with their system they helped us book a second night and were very professional. As for the facilities. They had a beautiful pool that was heated and the kids didn't want to get out. The rooms were large and clean. Quiet throughout our stay amd clever curtains that let the sunlight in but you couldn't see through from outside. They also had a gym that didn't gmhave a lot of machines but was enough for a workout. They also had a tennis court and basket ball ring. All up a very pleasant experience. Thanks

I stayed here with my bf for our trip to universal and this hotel was the best . It was clean , staff was really helpful and nice when it came to assistance, the pool was the best it even is heated which makes it even better. It is close by to everything that we needed, we are definitely staying here again for our next trip to Orlando.

Great place in town to stay. Prices are fair and the rooms are very nice, clean, exactly what you'd need from a hotel room. The little kitchenette was great to have as well. Didn't make use of the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained. Staff was fantastic all throughout, even when I made a mistake with my reservation.

The hotel was old but kept up really well. It was also clean. It was also really close to a gas station and Publix. That was very convenient. The pool was heated and the pool area was really nice. Only complaint was there wasn't very many places to charge your phones but that's probably because it's an older place. Staff at the desk were very friendly. Definitely budget friendly and will stay here again when we have competitions in this area.

This is a wonderful place. Clean and the beds are very comfortable. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and clean. My family and I have stayed here many times and love it. Great location and good price.
